The Company Size Effect in Innovative Performance

Resumen

El estudio que buscó para evaluar la influencia del tamaño de la compañía en curso de gerencia de fuentes externas de la información tecnológica. El examen fue llevado a través en los innovadores brasileños de las compañías industriales que apuntaban contribuir para las inferencias en la forma de gerencia de la tecnología y del funcionamiento innovador. El análisis de la relación entre la gerencia de las fuentes externas de la información tecnológica y el funcionamiento, acordando el tamaño de las compañías divulgó que existen las diferencias significativas, en los aspectos relativos a la estructura de gerencia especialmente, a las ocasiones del acceso a la tecnología, las fuentes externas de la información tecnológica y a los indicadores del funcionamiento innovador. Los análisis efectuados están parada hacia fuera la contribución de la sociedad y la relación externa en la opción de la modalidad del acceso a la tecnología y en la fuente de la información tecnológica, independiente del tamaño de las compañías.

Clandia Maffini Gomes, Santa Maria Federal University

Clandia Maffini Gomes obtained her PhD at the School of Economics and Business Administration of the University of São Paulo, Brazil. She was a Visiting Professor at Bocconi University, Italy, Coordinator of the Graduate Course of Management of the School of Business Administration, Santa Maria Federal University, and Dean of the Department of Business Administration of Federal University of Santa Maria. She is presently the Coordinator of the Post Graduate Management and Full Professor of the School of Business Administration, Federal University of Santa Maria as well as editor in chief of Brazilian Journal of Management.

Isak Kruglianskas, University of São Paulo

Isak Kruglianskas obtained his MA and PhD at the School of Economics and Business Administration of the University of São Paulo, Brazil, as well as Management of Technological Innovation at Vanderbilt University and Northwestern University in the USA and at CNAM, in France. He was a visiting Professor at Bentley College, USA, and aeronautical Engineer (ITA). He is currently a Full Professor of the School of Economics and Business Administration, University of São Paulo, as well as the Dean of the Business School of FEA/USP.

Flávia Luciane Scherer, Federal University of Santa Maria

Flávia Luciane Scherer obtained her PhD at the School of Economics and Business Administration of the University of Minas Gerais, Brazil. She was Coordinator of the Graduate Course of Management of the School of Business Administration, Santa Maria Federal University. She is presently the Substitute Coordinator of the Post Graduate Management and Full Professor of the School of Business Administration, Federal University of Santa Maria.
