Open Access Policy

The Journal of Technology Management and Innovation is an open access publication. All of its contents are freely and immediately available at no cost from the moment of publication, with no embargo periods and no economic, legal or technical barriers other than those inherent to internet access itself. Any user may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search or link to the full texts of the articles, as well as crawl them for indexing purposes and use them for any lawful purpose, in accordance with the definition of open access set out by the Budapest Open Access Initiative.

The journal's contents are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0). Under this license, third parties are permitted to share and adapt the material —including for commercial purposes— provided that appropriate credit is given to the authors and the journal, that any changes are indicated, and that a link to the license is provided. Any derivative work must be distributed under this same license or a compatible one, thereby ensuring that reuses of the material preserve identical conditions of openness.

Authors retain copyright over their work and grant the journal only the right of first publication, with no further restrictions. Authors are likewise permitted to deposit the published version of their article in institutional or subject repositories, on their personal websites or in academic networks, with due acknowledgement of its initial publication in this journal.

This policy rests on the conviction that the unrestricted dissemination of scientific knowledge fosters global scholarly exchange and maximizes the impact and visibility of published research.
