El marco DSC-R: integración de transferencia tecnológica, antropotecnología e Industria 4.0 para la resiliencia en cadenas de suministro digitales

Las cadenas de suministro digitales operan en entornos volátiles donde la resiliencia exige más que la integración tecnológica. La investigación sobre transferencia tecnológica, antropotecnología e Industria 4.0 ha avanzado de forma aislada: una búsqueda booleana en Scopus y Web of Science sobre cuatro ejes temáticos recuperó más de 288.000 registros en los ejes individuales, 80 registros en la combinación de tres ejes y ninguno en la combinación de los cuatro, lo que confirma un vacío en la literatura. Este estudio propone el DSC-R Framework, un modelo conceptual integrador que articula la transferencia tecnológica, la antropotecnología y la Industria 4.0 en la resiliencia de las cadenas de suministro digitales. Se aplicó una revisión integrativa cualitativa, seguida del cribado de 54 registros únicos, análisis crítico, triangulación teórica entre ambas bases y validación cruzada de constructos frente a modelos establecidos de resiliencia, con un corpus de síntesis de 42 referencias distribuidas en cinco categorías temáticas. El marco se compone de cinco capas interconectadas: directrices estratégicas, tríada integradora, capacidades operativas de resiliencia, evaluación de vulnerabilidades y resultados consolidados, sustentadas en 14 capacidades de resiliencia, indicadores clave de desempeño diferenciados en observables y compuestos, rutas de transferencia tecnológica y un ciclo de implementación de siete fases. Cuatro proposiciones conceptuales especifican cómo el aprendizaje dinámico, la adaptación sociotécnica y la innovación continua sostienen la resiliencia en el tiempo. El modelo sitúa la antropotecnología como eje mediador central y ofrece orientación gerencial para petroquímica, petróleo y gas, fertilizantes y manufactura digital, quedando sujeto a validación empírica.
