The following video shows Dr. Paul Nightingale, Senior Lecturer form Science Policy Research Unit (SPRU) University of Sussex, guest lecturer in the Technology Management Master Degree Program at University of Talca dictate the seminar called "SPRU - Science and Technology Policy Research 40th Aniversary as a world leader in research, consultancy and teaching in science, technology and innovation policy".
