Abstract
Es difícil pensar en economías modernas sin el concepto de Innovación Tecnológica. Mal entendida durante años como la simple fabricación de artefactos, hoy se la considera un componente básico de cualquier modelo de desarrollo, cuyos rendimientos casi no tienen límites. ¿Es Chile un país innovador?
