The aim of this paper is to analyze and to discuss the influence of the human capital and the intellectual capital in the formation of productive cooperative networks and regional clusters. Therefore, it is made a discussion about the qualification and the knowledge in the perspective of the industrial agglomerations, developing concepts as abilities and competences, organizational learning, generation and diffusion of knowledge in enterprises’ networks. Methodologically, the work is based in a multidisciplinary bibliographical research, involving the areas of productions engineering, business administration, economy, education and sociology.
