Factores de Organización y Adopción de una Innovación: Un Estudio Explorador de la Industria Brasileña de Equipamientos Electromédicos

Abstract


The main objective of this paper was to verify if organization factors contributes to the adoption of an innovation. This study was developed on the basis of a non probabilistic sample composed by hospitals and clinics. From the main factors identified related to the adoption of an innovation arise: the expectation for profits, and financial safety, innovation promoting structure and leadership for the implementation of this one. Now in relation to the general factors that promotes its adoption, in this work identified: experimentation, relative advantage, compatibility and complexity. Considering the more significative correlations found between this two groups of factors were: relative advantage-profit, relative advantage-profits; compatibility-profits; safety benefits-compatibility; suitable structure- safety benefits; relative advantage- personal factors; personal factors and safety benefits.
