CURRENT OPINION: Article in Spanish The main support of every social organization is related to the economic boost and to the technological competitivity of the nations, that must to be based in its capacities to set public and private policies of development, that must be supported in the knowledge in a sustainable way. To make reference to the cutting edge technology development as the biotechnology, is to mention those tools that will allow the creation and the maintenance of a beneficial context to it research and development
